Susan  McCampbell  is President of Center for Innovative Public Policies, Inc., (CIPP) a company specializing in public policy consulting founded in 1999. CIPP has an established record of providing relevant, timely and highly professional services to criminal justice and other public agencies. CIPP’s initiatives have included books and curriculum to improve leadership development and succession planning, training to help agencies more effectively manage multi-generational workforces, and strategies to address the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 and staff sexual misconduct in law enforcement, jails, community corrections and state prison systems. CIPP has a record of collaborative and partnership with professional organizations to produce high-quality solutions to management and leadership challenges faced by criminal justice organization.

Ms. McCampbell is also the president of McCampbell and Associates, Inc. This company provides a range of services including expert witness testimony, management studies, and related services to public sector clients.
